  • Kindergym

    Ages: 3-5

    This class is designed for your young preschooler to learn basic gymnastics skills while developing strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, body awareness and more! Kindergym is similar to Gym Tykes , but is for those children who are ready to participate without hands-on help from a parent. Kids will learn basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, positions, jumps and equipment in a safe and fun environment.

    Prerequisites: Ability to follow basic instruction without hands on help from a parent, listen to coach when necessary, interact safely with peers and stay with group. MUST BE POTTY TRAINED!

  • kidnastics 1

    Ages: 5-8

    Kidnastics 1 is an entry level gymnastics class that will provide an introduction to the basic skills for tumbling, vault, balance beam and uneven bars. Diverse and challenging activities. This class is designed for young gymnasts with little to no experience, all of the skills learned in this class will be built upon in Kidnastics 2.

    Ages: 6+ *Skill based*

    Kidnastics 2 is designed to build upon the skills that were developed in Kidnastics 1. Children will continue to improve upon skills for tumbling, vault, balance beam and uneven bars as well as continue to improve flexibility and build strength and self-confidence. 

    Prerequisites: Stretch jump onto mat; Pullover & Casts on bars; Walking and hops on beam; Cartwheel, handstand and bridge on floor.

  • MIXED LEVEL KIDNASTICS 1/2

    Ages: 5-10

    Mixed level kidnastics is a combination of level 1 &2. This is ideal for the experienced beginner or intermediate gymnast looking to refine their skills. While beginners are welcome, participants must have some prior exposure to gymnastics or tumbling along with a a foundation in flexibility and basic knowledge of the sport.

  • junior gymnastics

    Ages: 9-14

    This is a beginner class for the bigger kids! Participants will learn the fundamental progressions and basic skills on primarily women's events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor/tumbling exercise. Kids will work to improve flexibility and build strength and self-confidence.
